Extra zone
The time limit for parking in the extra zone is 1 (one) hour. The price for 1 (one) hour of parking is 80 dinars.
Payment for parking is made by sending an SMS to the number 9180.
Parking is charged on weekdays from 7 am to 9 pm, and on Saturdays from 7 am to 2 pm. Parking is free on Sundays.
Streets in the extra zone: Nikola Pašić Street (from Nada Tomić Street to Milorad Veljković Špaja Street), The Republic Square, Pop Luka Lazarević Street (from Nikola Pašić Street to Cara Dušana Street), Bulevar Nemanjića Street – Krive livade market, Đuke Dinić Street – The Fortress market.
First (red) zone
The time limit for parking in the first (red) zone is 2 (two) hours.
The price for the first hour of parking is 50 dinars.
The price for the second hour of parking is 150 dinars.
Payment for one hour of parking is made by sending an SMS to the number 9181.
Payment for a multi-hour parking ticket (valid until the end of the payment on the day of payment) is made by sending an SMS to the number 9184.

Second (green) zone
The time limit for parking in the second (green) zone is 3 (three) hours.
The price of parking per started hour is 37 dinars.
Payment for parking is made by sending an SMS to the number 9182.
Payment for a multi-hour parking ticket (valid until the end of the payment on the day of payment) is made by sending an SMS to the number 9185.
Parking is charged on weekdays from 7 am to 9 pm, and on Saturdays from 7 am to 2 pm. Parking is free on Sundays.
Instructions for parking payment by SMS
The user pays for the parking service by sending an SMS by entering the vehicle registration number in the text of the new message, without spaces and other special characters (eg NI123AB).

- The user is obliged to visibly cross out on this ticket (with a non-graphite pencil) the month and day in which he uses the parking lot and the hour and minute in which he started parking.
- The user of a multi-hour parking ticket is obliged to mark the day and month for which the ticket is valid with a non-graphite pencil.
- The parking user is obliged to visibly display this ticket on the inside of the front windshield.
- This parking ticket is used once.
- Non-highlighting or improper use of the ticket is subject to penalties in accordance with the Decision on the management of public parking lots (“Official Gazette of the City of Niš”, No. 139/17).
